The machine spun soft cotton yarn is a good choice for crafting natural handmade things with soft touch and uneven finished artwork, knitting or weaving.
We offer 11 botanical colors of cotton yarn dyes from many varieties of trees around our village Bann Tan, in Chiangmai;
indigo - blue, lac - purple, lac - pink, ebony - grey, ebony - dark brown, tin nok - yellow, tin nok - green, tin nok + indigo - bright green
All of the dyeing process is handled with love and care for our nature surroundings.
We collect the coloring parts from the trees while being careful and making sure they stay alive and can grow up normally.
The most important in all our processes for us is that we always do to protect our earth. We always treat the waste water before draining it out to the environment.
Please note that:
1.The botanical dye is manual craftsmanship and depending on the season; so the colors we obtain may vary a little bit from batch to batch.
The colors of each batch may not be exactly the same. So, please buy sufficient yarn for your artwork in the one time!
2.We put a lot of effort taking the photographs to present true color of the yarn,
But the color you see in the picture also depends on your device monitor and settings
3.The nature of the botanical dye may keep changing or influenced by light and acid-base reactions.
