Twenty years ago, Mai came home to help her mom's village weaving dream. Mom knew weaving, Dad knew the ancient plant dye secrets. Mai became the bridge to share this knowledge with the world.
Now Mai carries on the family tradition. Young generations aren't much interested, so she teaches school students as their elective and also shares with anyone who truly wants to learn: "This is how traditional knowledge stays alive."
